We are a small family-owned business aiming to provide affordable, good quality holiday accommodation in South Devon.
Our difference:
No VAT - As we are a small business, you pay no VAT on your holiday (an immediate saving of 17.5%).
No agency commission - by dealing direct you pay no agency commission, which can be anything from 20% to 45% with some holiday cottage companies.
No additional charges - the price you see is the price you pay. We do not charge extra for electricity, bedding, linen, or anything else.
